1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging TWS Digital Media Solutions for digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or software services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Scope
All services, including Media Buying and AI-driven content creation, will be governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms
Fees for digital advertising spend and management fees are due as specified in the relevant invoice. We reserve the right to suspend advertising campaigns if payments are not settled within the agreed timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all custom software code and creative content developed specifically for a client remain the property of the client upon full payment, while TWS Digital Media Solutions retains rights to its proprietary AI frameworks and internal tools.

5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
